These exercises are simple, and it is easy for any person to learn and master them, which guarantee you the best self-defense techniques with ease, because once you know them, it will make it easier for you to do so, and you will be able to defend yourself against any danger, and they are as follows:


  •  The most important thing in self-defense methods is self-confidence, and not showing any fear or confusion towards the opponent in any way because the appearance of fear will strengthen him, while your self-confidence will show your strength and weaken it.
  • If the opponent is behind you and you know he is there, do not get confused. Only, you have to walk a few steps forward with steady steps, then surprise the opponent by a sudden rotation movement for him, to be facing him and slapping him in the face of course, and it is possible to use other methods and means that we will mention.
  • Try to protect your face from any attack or hit directed by the opponent, and always be prepared with your forearms to do so.
  • You have nails, so you can use them in attacking the opponent, as it is one of the methods of self-defense in protection, and of course, most women use them, especially in these situations, because the pain of the opponent, especially in the eye area, makes him unable to see the victim directly, and naturally, it disrupts Its balance.
  • There are modern tools that have spread recently, such as simple materials that are thrown at the attacker or the aggressor, causing him a temporary loss of vision, such as water with hot water and spraying the spray on the face of the aggressor or opponent, which makes you have a chance to escape before he attacks you, and his vision returns to normal, and there is the electric machine, Which causes the attacker to become numb, and his body is not able to move for a while, and the body becomes temporarily paralyzed.
  • If it happened that you faced the opponent with a beating and he knocked you, then you must get up quickly and do not make your back facing the opponent, but if the opposite happens, try to kick him with a quick kick before he gets up from his place.

We will mention here types of these punches and slaps because they are different and varied as follows:

  4. The fourth type is double punching with foot kicks, and this makes the opponent dying when he gets it.
  5. The fifth type is that you take advantage of the keys that you have with you and place them between your folds and hit the opponent, and the result will be achieved.


Try to be careful about the weak points of the person in front of you, and direct your punches to those places that may paralyze or faint a person, such as a nose, knees, genitals, neck, feet, and so on.
