The glowing face within 24 hours
For beautiful, healthy, and radiant skin, we need to consistently follow a specific treatment program. However, for a special occasion, there is a way to rejuvenate our skin and see results within a day. Following the following tips, we will find a noticeable difference in our faces. The fine lines will be "filled", the skin will look refreshed, while the look will be more relaxed and youthful.
What do we do in the morning?
When we wake up, drink the juice of half a lemon in a glass of lukewarm water. Lemon is antibacterial, rich in anti-aging vitamin C. The process activates the lymph, fights fluid retention, and removes toxins. Detoxifying the body is the main step for glowing, youthful skin.
During the day we make sure to drink at least 2-3 liters of water. Optionally we add cucumber slices to it which is also detoxifying and offers a taste of freshness in our water.
Then the treatment
1. We thoroughly clean our face and neck.
2. Exfoliate with a scrub that contains natural grains.
3. Rinse well and apply a mask for deep cleansing with activated carbon or clay.
4. Remove it with a towel and warm water.
5. Rinse the towel from the remnants of the mask. Dip it in warm water, squeeze it well and place it on the face, pressing it lightly. The warm towel on the face will relax us, calm our expression and open the pores. Repeat 2-3 times.
6. Spray with a thermal water spray or a moisturizing face mist. Tampon the skin with a tissue. This removes the salts and chlorine contained in tap water and strengthens the skin's defenses.
7. Now our skin is ready to receive the precious substances that we will offer. We apply eye patches on the eyes that reconstruct and illuminate the area. On top place a fabric mask of hydration and anti-aging action. We let them act as long as their instructions say.
8. Next, apply a glow ampoule with vitamin C. After it is absorbed, apply a moisturizer with hyaluronic acid and vitamins that will seal the moisture on the skin and smooth the fine lines.
9. The night before going to bed, after removing makeup and cleansing our skin, apply a nourishing night mask. If her instructions allow, we sleep with her without rinsing her.
The next morning our skin will be visibly smoother, softer, and more radiant. However, the result is temporary. We need to implement the above program systematically for gradual visible improvement.
Peeling
