In light of the continuing fears of the world's population about the possibility of infection with the Coronavirus and the ability of the immune system to confront the virus. According to WebMD, there are 6 healthy habits that are necessary to enhance the function of the immune system in the human body, the most important of which is making sure to eat breakfast. Foods rich in vitamin C aren't the only ones that help your immune system function. Protein, fermented foods, and even some spices can boost your ability to fight germs.



1. Eat breakfast 

Breakfast stimulates your metabolism and prevents you from overeating during the day. Medical studies confirm that adults who eat a healthy breakfast perform better at work, and children who eat a morning meal get higher scores on tests. And if the first thing that doesn't suit you is a large plate, lighten it up with a granola bar or a piece of fruit. Just don't skip it. 

2. Drink lots of water

 There are many benefits of drinking water constantly, including keeping the body hydrated, in addition to drinking water also helps you lose weight. And if you're not a fan of plain water, flavor it with orange, lemon, lemon, watermelon, or cucumber slices.

 3. Take a break to exercise 

It is important to do some light fitness exercises such as stretching, and exercise is good for the body and mind. According to WebMD, walking for just 30 minutes five times a week may help maintain a good mood.

4. Learn something new

 New skills help maintain a healthy brain, try signing up for a creative writing workshop, and try mastering a new language. The mental work it takes can slow down the signs of aging and may also delay the effects of Alzheimer's disease. 

5. Stop smoking 

Quitting smoking is a big step towards better health, and 20 minutes after your last cigarette, your heart rate, and blood pressure drop. 

6. Sleep well

 A good night's sleep keeps you in a better mood strengthens memory and focus and helps you learn new things in the long run. It also contributes to reducing the risk of heart disease and helps you maintain your  shape, and you should get 7 to 9 hours a night,
